Brunswick-Glynn County Library
Originally founded in 1883, the
Brunswick-Glynn County library serves a population of more than 70,000 residents
of Brunswick and Glynn County. The library's collection of materials currently
includes books--in English and Spanish--in regular and large print, audiobooks
on cassette and CD, videocassettes and DVDs, as well as print and online
subscriptions to a variety of magazines and Internet-accessible computers
available for public use. As a member of Georgia PINES since October 2001, the
library's patrons have access to more than 1 million items statewide--free of
charge. Patrons who need materials not available from a PINES library have
access to these items through Interlibrary Loan. While not free, the cost for
this service is only the exact postage required to return the item, usually less
than $3.00.
